Ayesha Babar: I write about the things we often feel but rarely say out loud—the thoughts that keep us awake, the emotions we struggle to name, and the little pieces of life that quietly shape who we become. With a background in psychology and a mind endlessly curious about people, I find my way through the world not only through words, but through music and art too. I’m a guitarist, a painter, and a writer who believes that sometimes a feeling can be understood better through a melody, a brushstroke, or a few honest words. This space is where I turn thoughts into words, emotions into art, and experiences into stories worth feeling. :)
